SHOPPING BASICS

We include a unique internal care label that specifies the washing instructions.

Anyhow, we recommend washing all items in cold water and to never tumble dry.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with DPD Express Shipping.

We do ship internationally but for the moment only in Europe. Nonetheless, we are looking to expand to new markets, just like the Portuguese did back then.

Up to 5 days for orders in Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Vatican City, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden.

Up to 10 days for orders in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland

4,20€ for orders in Portugal.

International shipping prices can be found in the Checkout area after entering your delivery address/location.

PAYMENTS

The Payment Methods may vary according to your Country of Origin:

– Credit Card

– Multibanco (ATM)

– Giropay

We do accept every Credit Card. Credit Card Taxes may apply.

As a Portuguese Company, we apply the Portuguese Tax IVA of 23%. However you don’t have to worry about this Tax. It is already included in every one of our Prices.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. Costumers will be responsible for the returns shipping cost. In order to start your return process please follow the instructions on our RETURN FORM For more information please check our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

In case of customer requests, the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund using the same payment method chosen by you on the purchase. Kindly note that it can take one 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on the issuing Bank).
